Coach Henry Fuentes – Coaching Philosophy
“I believe in building a program where success is earned through hard
work, where every player commits to giving their best effort every day on
and off the court. I value toughness, both mental and physical, teaching
student-athletes to face challenges with resilience, determination, and a
never-give-up attitude. At the heart of my approach is
togetherness—basketball is a team sport, and I emphasize unity, trust, and
accountability, ensuring that every player supports one another and
contributes to a culture of shared success. My goal is to develop athletes
who are not only skilled and competitive but also disciplined, confident,
and ready to succeed in life beyond basketball.” Let’s go Wildcats!
